How secure is my online transaction?
We know how important security is in today's world. Because of this, our store is hosted on lightning-fast SAS 70 Type II certified servers. Our data center employs hacker deterrent security provisioning, three redundant network architectures and hardware firewalls. Our store is also PCI compliant, and our entire network is independently audited against stringent PCI security standards every three months. In addition, each purchase is secured with a secure SSL certificate to ensure your safety and security.
When should I receive my item?
Please allow 2-7 days to receive your shipment. We do not offer international shipping, or shipping to APO addresses, at this time.
How is my order packaged?
Items, are wrapped in a protective layer of tissue paper or bubble wrap. We hand wrap each package carefully with a mixture of recycled bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and paper. Wherever possible we will also re-use packaging.
Do you gift wrap?
If you would like your purchase to be gift wrapped, please note this in the comments section upon checkout. Your order will be wrapped using tissue paper with an outer layer of brown kraft paper, or a box, and colored twine.
We hope that you are happy with your order as we strive to carefully check for any flaws prior to shipping. If however an item you have ordered is found to be faulty upon delivery, please notify us via email within 2 days of receipt. If an item is damaged during shipping, it will be replaced if the customer can provide sufficient photographic evidence via email. If the damaged item is no longer stocked at STASH a refund may be given instead (for the item only, no refund on shipping charge).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us via email within 2 days of receipt. You may return the item to us as long as it has not been used, and is in its original packaging with all tags and stickers intact within 14 days of shipping. In the event of return or exchange the cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned with insurance and proof of shipping as STASH will not be held responsible for goods missing in transit. Please ensure your receipt is enclosed with the item. Please allow at least two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
No refund or exchange on custom orders or sale items unless the item is flawed or damaged. Change of mind refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on jewelry, custom orders, or health and beauty products.
